Position Summary: The Director of Women’s Discipleship will provide leadership for the discipleship of the women at 3Crosses. She will envision, execute, and further develop opportunities for women to gather, grow and go in Jesus’ name. It is her role to lead women into the transforming power of the Gospel to transform the East Bay.
Seasonal Positions

Position Summary: If you love Jesus and are looking to work in a fast paced, community based environment, join the 3Crosses Christmas Village team! Provide friendly excellence to all customers by working at our ice skating front register station as well as supporting other event operations in various roles with a welcoming and ministry minded attitude.
Cafe 4 Positions

Position Summary: If you love coffee, Jesus and are looking to work in a fast paced, community based environment, join the Cafe 4 team! Provide friendly excellence to all customers by working at our front register station as well as supporting cafe operations in various roles with a welcoming and ministry minded attitude. We are happy to train and there is room to grow!
Happiness Hill Preschool Positions

Position Summary: If you love teaching young children and get excited about sharing Jesus with them ~ and get paid for it ~ we have the job for you! Happiness Hill Preschool has several Teacher positions** and an Assistant Director position (with potential for Director) available for this upcoming September 2022. Applicants must meet all Licensing and Ministry Requirements. Experience preferred.
