The Associate Director of Serve is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives by mobilizing and equipping volunteers to do the work of the ministry. This person will work closely with the Director of Serve to coordinate and lead ministries such as Serve Day, monthly off-the-hill service projects, Re:Generation, the Volunteer Success Team, and the benevolence process. The heart of this role is leading through others—raising up teams, developing leaders, and empowering volunteers to serve with purpose and impact. Full Role Description

Happiness Hill Preschool Positions

Happiness Hill Preschool has several Teacher positions** and an Assistant Director position (with potential for Director) available for this upcoming September 2022. Applicants must meet all Licensing and Ministry Requirements. Experience preferred.
